My room was clean and spacious, with minimal noise from the nearby highway. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, assisting me with train routes and tickets. The reception area was well kept and welcoming. The restaurant, Fuego, offered delicious steaks. The beds were comfortable and the check-in and checkout process was quick.

It is a fresh, clean and new Hotel with modern design and fairly priced in an area where nothing similar is around like this, competitors are more expensive or much lower quality and staff was very friendly and nice! I really recommend it!

Despite the initial drawbacks, I had an overall pleasant stay at a hotel in the outskirts of Zurich. Frau Blaser provided excellent service and the steakhouse food was delightful. The location was convenient for my needs and the room was spacious. I would recommend this hotel.

Reception staff was friendly and helpful; the rooms were brand new, well-equipped and super clean, the typical high end swiss standart when it comes to newly build houses- though the business rooms missed out on a cosy sofa(instead of a single chair-too much space unused)

Service at breakfast was slow, the tables of previous guests stayed uncleared; corridors were over-heated; there was untracable hammering noise at night-time on the 3rd floor were I was staying

Thanksgiving at this hotel was a great experience. the location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. the room was spacious and clean with a gorgeous bathroom. the best aspects were the gym and the steakhouse with awesome food and service. the polite staff members, especially Jessica, made our stay delightful with their great customer service. Despite the positive aspects, there were a few things we disliked. the room service was terrible with an extremely limited selection, and even after waiting for an hour, our order was forgotten. the noisy highway-facing rooms didn't provide a good sleep, and the temperature of the water goes from hot to cold in the shower. the absence of toiletries and a fridge in the room was also a downside.

Great and friendly staff, nice design hotel with very nice looking and comfortable rooms. The swimming pool and spa area is a very welcome break after a working day and is very professionally run.

The hotel is still negotiating with the SBB to have their trains not honk just before the corner. You do not hear the trains themself, but in some rooms if you sleep with open windows you hear the whistle of the trains passing by.

Great location just a few steps away from amazing restaurants and shops. The hotel's interior design was chic and modern. They also offered free parking and free Wi-Fi, which made our stay more pleasing.

Even though the breakfast food was tasty, the variety was quite limited. , it would’ve been better if they included more complimentary toiletries such as a toothbrush.

The hotel is brand new, with well designed and restful rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and I very much enjoyed the outdoor (heated!) pool and sauna.

Unfortunately if you do not have a car there is really no way to get to this hotel. There are buses early morning and evening and no buses at the weekends.

The location of the hotel was not on the bus line, making it difficult to travel to the city center without a car. there were a few public transport options available nearby. the hotel rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. the bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with necessary amenities. the staff provided satisfactory service and were helpful with any inquiries. the breakfast buffet had limited options, but the food was of good quality.

There was a dispute between the hotel and spa, and guests were not allowed to use the spa facilities without paying an additional fee.

A hotel without air-conditioning and wifi should not call itself 3 star superior
